2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old (or legal driving age in your region). • Provide valid identification. • Provide accurate contact details. We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.

Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or customer support. • A booking is confirmed only after we send a confirmation message (SMS/Email/WhatsApp). • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payment

Fare Structure Fares depend on: • Vehicle type (Mini, Sedan, SUV, Mini Bus, etc.) • Distance and duration • Pick-up and drop-off locations • Tolls, parking fees, inter-state taxes, or additional charges

Payment Terms •

Payments may be required in advance, partially, or after trip completion depending on service type. • Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Wallets. • All payments must be completed in full before the trip ends unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy .

Cancellation by Customer • Free cancellation allowed up to X hours before pick-up time. • Late cancellation may incur a fee of ₹200 or2% of total booking amount. “No-show” will be considered full charge.
